There are two types of crawling: army crawl and creeping. Army crawl is where baby’s stomach remains on the floor; while creeping is when baby pushes up to hands and knees with their belly off of the floor. Are you worried that your baby isn’t hitting this 7-9 month milestone? Here are some activities you can do to get baby crawling:
1. Use Tummy Time often
2. Position toys out of reach
3. Teach baby to rock on hands and knees
4. Encourage crawling to their favorite toy
